* The regular rate applies to researchers, academics and other members of the three host organizations who do not qualify for the student / trainee rate. Government employees (including PHAC) are also eligible to register at the regular rate.
** Residents and Postdoctoral Fellows are eligible to register at the Student / Trainee rate. Membership in one of the three host organizations is not required to be eligible for this rate.
***The General / Industry rate applies to those who are not a member of the one the three host organizations, a government employee and do not qualify for the Student / Trainee rate.
Cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to kazia@sparkeventcollective.com. Cancellation requests received by February 11, 2026, will be refunded to the original credit card less a $100 administration fee. No refunds are provided for requests received after February 11, 2026, however, you may transfer your ticket to another person until Monday, March 2, 2026 at 5:00pm MT.
No Show: Failure to attend the event will forfeit your registration fee. No refunds are issued for late arrivals or failure to attend.
All conference participants are responsible for covering their own expenses associated with conference participation, including accommodation in Calgary. To assist with your stay, a discounted room rate is available at Hotel Arts, the official conference hotel. FAQ's
Can I attend the conference if I live outside of Canada?
Yes. International participants are welcome to register and attend the One Health 2026 Conference.
Do you provide Letters of Invitation for visa applications?
Letters of invitation may be issued to international participants only under the following conditions:
1 - Academic/Professional Reference:
You must provide the name and institutional email address of a supervisor, faculty member, or professional colleague who can confirm your identity, institutional affiliation, role, and area of study or research. All references will be contacted to verify the information provided.
2- Verified Registration:
You have completed a paid registration using a valid credit card.
3 - Cleared Payment:
Your payment has been fully processed and verified by our system.
